The Discovery Process

To discover who you are meant to be, we will work through the following process:

  • Uncovering the common denominators in your prior good and bad decisions;

  • Identifying your “natural talents;”

  • Developing your personal flywheel;

  • Building your personal development plan (PDP); and

  • Create a personal framework to help you practice self-control, live up to your own standards, and guide you toward becoming the person you are meant to be.

The Practice of Becoming

When you discover who you are meant to be, you will experience a renewed sense of energy and excitement.

We will focus your energy and stay on track toward who you are meant to be by developing a practice. With practice, you will further become:

  • Committed - devoted and dedicated to the right thing for you;

  • Undistracted - focused, able to re-gain focus, and more intentional;

  • Understanding - a deeper, more detailed understanding of yourself and others;

  • Detached - a re-examination of your desires, better able to let go, and more open and accepting; and

  • Balanced - self-regulating, deciding when to pursue or pause, and able to see the imbalance in your environment.

What is Coaching

Coaching gets you from where you are now to where you want to be. The journey is internal (clarity) and external (behavior).

Duration and Frequency of Sessions

Our coaching sessions will be 55 minutes in duration via video. We will meet at the frequency that’s convenient for you, although I find meeting weekly or bi-weekly is optimal.

Length of Engagement

Coaching engagements start with a 6 month minimum. After that time, the length of our engagement will be determined by you. While there’s no obligation to work together for a set period of time, I'm interested in working with clients who seek a long-term relationship with their coach.

Cost

Because I could have benefitted from a coach earlier in my life, my goal now is to make coaching valuable, accessible and affordable for you.
Therefore, our first session will be dedicated to exploring whether we are a mutual fit. If we are a mutual fit, we will find a way to work together.
